Sending prayers and want to also offer hope! I’m a breast cancer survivor- triple negative stage 3 and a mom of two young ones. I went through surgery’s, chemo, radiation and now have donated my cancer to be studied because it was more aggressive than normal protocol.
During my journey God touched my life more than ever could’ve been done over the course of my life. He was near and he was felt. I pray this over you. Beauty for ashes for you and yours.
As you process the grief of this diagnosis pull your close ones closer and allow them to be your voice and communication with others as you need it- for me I didn’t want to answer a billion questions. Listen to the spirit and your body. I don’t know how to connect with you further but know you are covered in prayer. Jesus, come.
Laura, I was heartbroken to hear your news. I am a two-time survivor of a rare aggressive lymphoma, just now one year in remission, and a mother of four school-aged children. As you are already seeing, I can assure you that the Lord will draw near and give you what you need each day. You have my prayers, and truly prayer is what sustained me. Take each day as it comes. When worries about the future would come up, as they will, I told myself that day is not today. Watch for the work of the Spirit as our Lord works each day out for you.
