So beautiful and true. I think often of this line from Auden -

"How should we like it were stars to burn /

With a passion for us we could not return? /

If equal affection cannot be, /

Let the more loving one be me."

I think God is always the more loving one.

Easing into Saturday morning with some tea (always with milk) and The Holy Labor. Can’t think of a better way to start the weekend.

And this, the softness of God, so touching, and beautiful and peaceful. Thank you, Laura. 🙏🏻
